β€œTo pay attention, this is our endless and proper work.”

Some women come to therapy wanting more than just coping skills.

They want to understand their patterns, explore their experiences more deeply, and make sense of things in a way that feels honest, meaningful, and grounded.

My approach is shaped by my background in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, along with training in mind-body work. I think of therapy as a space for curiosity, reflection, and learning from your own experience.

Sessions often involve slowing down, exploring your experiences with compassion, and noticing the connections and themes that start to come into focus - even moments that feel like synchronicity - as you begin to see yourself and your life more clearly.
